Refund Policy

At Juesday, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may be entitled to a refund or exchange under the terms outlined below.


1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to return it for a refund.

  • Once you notify us, you must return the item(s) within 14 days.

  • Refunds will include the original standard delivery cost (if applicable).

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.


2. Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalised or custom-made items.

  • Items that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons (unless faulty).


3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us at info@juesday.com within 7 days of receipt.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return postage costs.


4. How to Return an Item

  1. Email info@juesday.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions.

  3. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for return postage costs.


5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
